- Has all applicable and current windows security updates. Windows recommended anti-virus and anti-phishing options through Windows defender, are enabled
- All device drivers are loaded properly and the windows device manager shows no issues or problems, or any issues are noted.
- All ports are working properly (If not, buyer will be made aware)
- Display, multimedia audio, webcam drivers are loaded and working.
- Wireless card and Wi-Fi is verified and tested for proper internet connectivity.
- Non-working components, if any, are well documented and noted properly, and buyer is made aware before purchase.
System Specification is obtained by running the official HP Hardware Diagnostics tool. The results are available to the buyer.
